What counts as a tracked product?
One of your SKUs matched against your chosen competitors. Each size or pack variant you track counts as one product. Competitors do not add to the price.
Is Retail Lot really free?
Yes. 100 products against up to 5 competitors, with no time limit and no card required.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and keep all your matches and price history. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
How is Block Deal priced?
Block Deal starts at $0.06 per product per month and is quoted on catalogue size, check frequency and integrations. The Pricing Desk replies within one business day.
Which currency do you bill in?
Plans are listed in US dollars. Taxes are added where they apply.
