Does Buyukmart change our prices automatically?
Only if you turn on auto-apply, and only within your rules. Auto-apply is off by default. Until you turn it on, every suggestion waits for a manager to approve, edit or reject it.
Which competitors can you track?
Any competitor with publicly available prices: their own websites and public marketplace listings. You choose the competitors, up to 5 on Retail Lot, 25 on Bulk Lot and with no fixed limit on Block Deal.
Will it ever price above MRP?
Never. MRP is a hard ceiling on every product and it cannot be switched off.
Does it work with Shopify and our ERP?
Yes. Shopify and WooCommerce sync catalogue, prices and coupons. ERP connectors for cost, stock and price updates are part of Block Deal, and every plan can use CSV import.
Can it plan festive sales?
Yes. Promo Planner lets you plan sale windows weeks ahead, compare discounts, coupons and bundles with predicted margin, and see what competitors charged in the same period last year.
How long does setup take?
A Retail Lot account with 100 products is usually matched and tracking within two working days. Larger catalogues depend on how clean the product data is; Bulk Lot catalogues are typically live in one to two weeks.
