Terms of Service

01Agreement

These terms apply to your use of the website and the price intelligence platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

02The service

The platform tracks publicly available competitor prices, stock and offers, suggests prices and offers, helps plan promotions and reports on pricing performance. Features available to you depend on your plan.

03Accounts

• You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your login details private.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions by users you invite.
• You must be authorised to act for the business named on the account.

04Pricing decisions stay yours

Suggestions, forecasts and reports are tools to support your decisions. You decide which prices and offers to use. Auto-apply is off by default; if you turn it on, changes are made only within the rules and limits you set.

You are responsible for the costs, floors, ceilings and rules you enter, and for making sure your prices comply with the laws that apply to you, including maximum retail price rules.

05Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to coordinate prices with competitors or for any unfair trade practice.
• Do not use the service to set different prices for individual shoppers based on their personal data.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' data, probe the platform's security or overload it.
• Do not resell or share access to the service without written permission.

06Your data

You own the catalogue, cost, sales and pricing data you provide. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you. We do not sell it or share it with other customers.

07Plans and fees

• Retail Lot is free within its product and competitor limits.
• Paid plans are billed per tracked product per month, monthly or yearly, in US dollars plus applicable taxes.
• Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades apply from the next billing period.
• Fees already paid are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it.

08Availability

We work to keep the service available and price checks running on schedule. Competitor websites can change or block access at any time, so individual checks may sometimes fail or be delayed.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses arising from pricing decisions, competitor data accuracy or service interruptions. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that period.

10Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. After closing, you can export your data for 30 days.

11Changes to these terms

We will tell account holders by email about material changes before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
